Laois Comhairle Na nOg

Youth Work Ireland Laois have been awarded the contract for Comhairle Na nOg by Laois County Council for 2021 / 2022.

Comhairle Na nOg are youth councils in the 31 local authorities around Ireland. These youth councils give children and young people the opportunity to be involved in development of local services and policies.

Young people under the age of 18 years old do not have a voting right, and CNN offers them a way to have their voices heard and therefore enable them to impact issues that affect them.
